I’m sorry to hear that the recent changes within the CSM group were not received well on your end. The goal of the change was to provide opportunities for individuals who are tasked with driving and growing customer relationships to receive a reward for doing just that. At Informatica, we not only want to empower our customers to make possible what before never existed, but we also want to empower our employees to provide honest feedback that will help us grow as a company. Along with empowering our employees, we also want to make sure that they're getting the best experience and support possible to succeed. I encourage you to speak more with your management team regarding your concerns. We are committed to hearing all employee feedback, and will continue improve the experience for all employees.
