Pros
- Lots of flexibility in work/life balance, though it depends a bit on which department you're in - Good benefits - Good pay - Great set of individual contributors - Fantastic mission that is shared by pretty much everyone there - Lots of opportunity to grow professionally
Cons
- Very poor overall executive leadership with the exception of a few individuals who are holding it to together with duct tape and baling wire - Repeatedly makes bad decisions and refuses to take responsibility - Mass layoffs pretty much every year - Multiple pivots due to consistently making bad business decisions - Guilty of diversity lip service; a somewhat open environment to discuss it but no movement on making progress, especially with diverse representation in higher level and executive positions. Really going backwards recently by releasing all the DEI resources as well as disproportionately impacting marginalized people in layoffs
