Pros

Pretty competitive salary. Great benefits. Good bonuses, depending on the quarter.

Cons

Where do I start? This company has no direction and managers keep putting account managers on PIPs with no warning or previous discussion of underperformance. Quotas and metrics change every quarter. There is no real way to build momentum with customers. The company also keeps recycling ideas that didn't work the first time and when employees speak up with reasons why it didn't work, they go unheard. "Just push forward". Managers who were let go because they were not good managers are later recycled in the company and put back in management positions. Upper and Mid-level managers throw their team under the bus to save their own jobs. They have also been developing a Marketplace for 3 years. 3 years and it is still not ready! They consistently tell account managers to sell "what we have coming down the road". The customers don't care about what we have coming, it's what do you have now. Currently, for their flagship Marketplace, they have 1 paying customer.

Pros

Decent base salaries. Due to the company's structure and goal shifting, you get experience in a lot of different aspects of the company. Past non-negotiable goal milestones, there is some flexibility, you have the opportunity and freedom to make the job your own. Good work-life balance, and commendable company goals around sustainable ag etc. made working here stand out.

Cons

Raises and bonuses not given for several years due to company not reaching unattainable goals. Lots of turnaround from constant layoffs. During my time there, I had a new manager about every year. No clear goals, and when they are clear they constantly shift. It is hard to grow salary wise within the company, especially when money is tight. You will be able to get more responsibilities and learn new skills, but don't expect your pay to reflect this. Lots of financial mismanagement within the company causing current R&D funding and operations to be barely present.
