Monthly (or twice monthly) changes to sales comp. plan and direction. New directives coming down from management, seemingly at random, before sales team has even had a chance to implement the LAST change management sent down.
No training program to speak of. No real sales process in place, and sales management is too busy with other admin tasks to actually manage the sales team. There’s not a real environment of learning - there are lots of trainings, but all revolve around product changes (which will be obsolete in a matter of weeks) and nothing about sales process.
