8yThank you for taking the time to write a review – it is always great for us to get feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you felt like you had poor growth opportunities at Indigo. Certainly for a company growing as quickly as we are, we believe that career opportunities abound, but we want to make sure our people are experiencing those opportunities. Building out strong career paths for all of our people is a priority in 2018 and we have just finished putting together a Learning & Development strategy for the organization that we actually are sharing with everyone at Indigo this week which will directly address your points. I’m also sorry you feel that our core values were not embraced in some parts of our company; as you know, our core values are an integral part of every team at Indigo and form the backbone for who we are and the work we do.
