As a byproduct of its mission, the company has the possibility of building a large company. This approach is an ideal one to building a business as it is highly engaging workplace. Company moves at a super fast pace which is fun albeit really pushes one to their capacity. For a young company, it is performing very well and is well funded . As a result does, it feels like an almost too good to be true mix of what is great about a start-up and a bigger company. The team is extraordinary and keeps getting bigger and better.
Cons
Work can be pretty intense with many deadlines and a lot of stretch goals but one should not reasonably expect improving agriculture to be an easy task.
