Can be financially rewarding if you can spin 100 plates all at the same time

Cons

Terrible work life balance Zero recognition from people we are supposed to respect Zero resource in people, less staff than we have ever had and highest targets Unrealistic expectations from people above that it’s possible to do so many jobs in the contracted hours
