AWFUL COMPANY TO WORK FOR - Anonymous employee Inchcape Employee Review

I wouldn’t touch this company with a 10 foot barge pole. They expect extra hours day in day out without any additional pay, will not hire for teams that are completely snowed under. Flat out lied to me in my interview, stated I’d only be working ‘the occasional weekend here and there’ turns out I was working 2 weekends a month and til 6:30pm. The goalposts constantly change. They just expect more and more from people on the base wage while management sit and doss on their phones all day. Disgusting company to work for. Absolutely no career progression due to Struggles with the budget - aparently!
