Pros
Good bonus structure, good middle management at a dealership level, staff generally well looked after and good rates of discount for staff cars etc.
Cons
Poor work/life balance and standard holiday entitlement. Some sites very out of date and do not meet current brand standards. Group Managers do not adapt rules to the individual needs each business causing day-to-day running problems
