      I worked as an ETL Developer with no rotational shifts. The organization offered flexible work hours, a generous leave policy, and a hybrid work model with great flexibility.

      Cons

      The hike percentage tends to be below industry average, and there are instances where employees are placed on PIP for unclear or seemingly arbitrary reasons.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
