      Fair compensation Decent benefits Treated well by management

      Cons

      Contracts are scary. Just because you have a "two year contract" does not mean you will not be laid off before two years--- pharmaceutical world is unstable even when you have a contract! No matter what when you are on a contract, the other reps with the company always look down at you.
