Pros

Decent work from home/field pay, but could make more with an agency doing a few days a week I found recently. Autonomy for the most part depending on your leads or project.

Cons

The turnover is nonstop and instead of hiring new people they overload their current staff. Work load quadrupled in a 5 year period with zero increase in compensation. Tons of micromanagement you’ll have two bosses. Workload is not sustainable. No one is happy and everyone complains behind closed doors but everyone’s too scared to say anything for fear of retaliation. Really poor overall culture. Culture surveys never get better but nothing ever changes. Very well seasoned nurses are still coached on how to simply speak and leave voice messages. Entire teams have practically quit at once but still didn’t make a loud if statement according to those still there.

Pros

Great pay initially, especially after negotiating. People are very smart and willing to meet for networking and learning opportunities. Flexibility and work life balance is by far the best perk - especially since many roles are fully remote.

Cons

Merit raises have been subpar the last 4 years and do not come close to keeping with inflation, consistently the company cites great EBITDA growth but that never is shown in bonuses nor merit raises despite receiving “exceeds expectations” ratings. Parental leave is a nominal. Very easy to get “lost in the sauce” of such a large company.
