      Project work is interesting most of the time. Working hours are flexible (but this could sometimes be a problem).

      Cons

      As the rest of the CRO and medical business everything is very conservative. New ideas are dismissed most of the time.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
