      Pros

      No training's , No KT sessions but still they management expect people to deliver quality work . Quality Never comes Cheep .

      Treating employees like a labor ,No process at all . Peoples management is very very worst

      Resources and access to good studies to be successful in research, immediate PTO benefits, 401k match.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities/compensation - besides the annual merit raises of <3 percent I haven’t gotten a raise in 5 years.

      Pros

      The layoffs were handled quietly and unexpectedly, even though there were some early signs. They didn’t share who else was affected, but it was clearly more than just me.

      Cons

      They’re doing layoffs in phases, and my position was part of the most recent round.
