      Good range of projects and clients

      No support whatsoever, being thrown in at the deep end and expected to make it work. Everyone apart from senior management is overworked and their mental health is suffering. No bonuses or incentives to be paid in 2021 "due to COVID", even though the workload for consulting increased over the last year.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
