Great work/life balance, lots of talented and pleasant people to work with

There seems to be a lot going on in terms of restructuring, moving, etc. In the current economy, change is not surprising. The problem is that the changes aren't broadly communicated until there's been an information leak via the rumor mill. The salary is ok-- not anything to jump up and down about but not horrible, either.
