      Homebased and direct management staff are great

      Cons

      The company is a revolving door. Can't keep employees and therefore others are extremely overworked and in some cases underpaid. Processes are antiquated. Tools are inferior. Almost no work life balance.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
