      Global, full service company and industry leader. Great opportunity for growth and development, practive change management. Wealth of intellectual resources....the people make the company.

      Cons

      Work life balance is poor and while management is aware, they are slow to address a long-term solution. Lower salaries than other CROs

      The layoffs were handled quietly and unexpectedly, even though there were some early signs. They didn’t share who else was affected, but it was clearly more than just me.

      They’re doing layoffs in phases, and my position was part of the most recent round.
