      Gives opportunity, but will have to create some fair balance

      Cons

      Not very qualified L1 & H1 b visa holders are promoted purposefully by senior management to create politics and keep not very technical people in jobs. Need to become more fair american company, immigrants are spoiling the work eco system.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
