Pros

*100% Work from home * Unlimited vacation time *Excellent work life balance *Challenging work with the appropriate support to complete it

Cons

*Pay raises are below cost of living. Even with excellent review ratings, your raise will be below the standard 3% cost of living. *After working here for 6 years, the perks and benefits continue to decrease dramatically. Bonuses are 30% of what they once were; insurance has gotten worse and more expensive; computer, physical activity, and other reimbursements all eliminated. All this while the stock price of the company has doubled. *Once you get here, there will not be increases in your compensation, only decreases (in the form of increased our of pocket costs).

Pros

Great pay initially, especially after negotiating. People are very smart and willing to meet for networking and learning opportunities. Flexibility and work life balance is by far the best perk - especially since many roles are fully remote.

Cons

Merit raises have been subpar the last 4 years and do not come close to keeping with inflation, consistently the company cites great EBITDA growth but that never is shown in bonuses nor merit raises despite receiving “exceeds expectations” ratings. Parental leave is a nominal. Very easy to get “lost in the sauce” of such a large company.
