      1. Work-Life balance of the employees was negatively affected when I was working for Quintiles. There were plans being put in place to have better forecast. Hope things have improved and employees are able to work in relaxed manner

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
