      Access to huge amount of data and internal resources, international environment, most people are friendly and sociable.

      Cons

      Huge bureaucracy, way too many directors/VPs, very little training, constant erosion of employee benefits, obsession with cost savings at the expense of quality..

      Pros

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
