      Pros

      Worked with great and knowledgeable group of scientists and engineering professionals. Very positive "family" vibe throughout the company. Great benefits, employee assistance programs, free movie screenings, and many more perks.

      Cons

      Poor management that does not focus on employees. This is mostly due to lack of talent at the company.

I’ve noticed communication issues and occasional uncertainty in company direction. Work-life balance can also be challenging, especially with changing policies and management decisions.
