      Pros

      no pros besides health benefits. it sucks!

      Cons

      literally everything. not a lot of work-life balance. they took away different departments so everyone does EVERYTHING besides the higher ups... if jobs say they're remote, they are making office days 3 days a week instead of 1 with only 4 weeks for co-workers to figure out travel and childcare. they don't care about their coworkers one bit.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
