      Work life balance Nothing else

      Cons

      Bending over backwards to make DEI work and severely underpaying their employees on top of cutting bonuses this year for the individual contributors. The managers and above still get their bonus payouts but they get that because us individual contributors did all of the brunt work … YOURE WELCOME!
