      Pros

      Decent flexibility. Good (and bad): There's a lot of work so you're never bored.

      Cons

      Bad benefits and compensation. Cuts down on a few benefits each year instead of improving.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
