      Pros

      Flexible working, lots of perks (healthcare, gym membership, compressed working week in summer), nice people, smart office.

      Cons

      Difficult to get a promotion, HR department are appallingly self interested, lots of pointless courses and paperwork to do.

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
