      1. Work Life Balance is mediocre.

      Cons

      1. Very Less Pay from market standards. 2. No growth from technical perspective. 3. Most of the testing is hardware oriented, so no automation in place from testing end. 4. The technical stack is pretty outdated. 5. Increment is negligible.

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
