      Job's not that hard, once you know how it works it's easy

      Cons

      Higher ups don't care about the lower on the totem pole guys. Management is poor at best. Pay scale is laughably out of touch with similar jobs.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
