      Steady work. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Not a very open and transparent company, Knowing what is going on outside of your specific internal group is fairly difficult. Depending on what branch of the company you work for, you might not see team lay offs coming. They will, however, give you a good amount of support if and when it does happen.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
