      Good company, salary on time, sometimes there are bonus at the end of year, good teams

      Slow progress in hierarchy, always need to be part of some groups to move further in carrier

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
