      Worst Pay imaginable for the amount of thing you need to know. Basic/Poor health care coverage. Vision is good and Dental is good. worst 401K in any job 100% of 1% match

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
