      Pros

      Nice Campuses Very Diverse Workforce Somewhat Flexible Work Hours depending on your job Partial Remote - newly introduced with COVID but seems to be working well. Fun work atmosphere Some very driven and talented people Good Benefits but not more than other corporations

      Cons

      Very few of the excellent performers get promoted Very bad with keeping up with current salaries Cost of Living Raises do not happen often Even best reviews do not get significant raises in salary Upper Management not effective - could be such a better company if it got out of its own way. Mass exoduses of people leaving due to no pay raises occurs after review time

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
