      Pros

      Relaxed Working environment. Flexible with Timings.

      Cons

      1) Don't want to blame but my previous manager game me less rating afetr my descent performance as i moved to new team. Realized that after moving. Nether did he tell me or have a discussion about the same. The gap between senior management and employees is an issue. 2) Hike will be less. Very less promotions.

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

      The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
