Pros
There are many good, even great, people that work hard every day at IGT. Diverse product lines and known brand across the world.
Cons
Unfortunately, the management politics was so ridiculous that it drove away many good people and gives much unease to those who still work there. A lot of opportunity if the management team stabilizes and they begin a different culture of team-building and enabling all team members, not just favoring the ones who play politics and oftentimes don't have the knowledge to make the correct decisions.
