Honest - Field Service Technician IGT Employee Review

IGT itself is a great company but managers doesn't watch its employees, an example: Hires unqualified employees including their SUPERVISORS, supervisors never gone through any professional trainings. (Hires a high school graduate for their Supervisors Positions) Employee going beyond their jobs to help IGT with their work but no one is getting notice from upper managements. Managers has lack of communications with their lower class employees.
