      Pros

      Really like the south Reno location. Benefits and salary were alright. People working there were generally nice.

      Cons

      Management was an old boys club seemed to favor the status quo over any sense of progressive thinking. Anyone questioning development direction was fired.

      Pros

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

      Cons

      The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
