Pros
No one looking over your shoulder, company vehicle and gas card. Something different every day. When you get a chance to work with a partner they are pretty nice.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations and goals. Severely outdated equipment, no support from management. Safety policies are in place to protect the company, not the worker.
