      Pros

      Some really good people across multiple departments. Quitting was the best decision.

      Cons

      Lack of job security, all talk no action and very poor management all the way up to the VP level.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
