      pay is fine, nothing else.

      Cons

      poor communications between different teams and levels. especially poor in global operation. in some cases, totally no communication at all. and the one in US even don't aware of that.

      Lots of good things in my area & manager Good salary, decent benefits

      Cons

      Ultimately did not value employees enough to utilize them or investigate what they were actually providing when layoffs were done in ambush fashion
