      Pros

      Competent people at the lower levels. Good benefits. Good work life balance. Tuition reimbursement. Good gym. Reasonable cafeteria. Health incentives.

      Cons

      Growth not encouraged. Upper management has no clue. Stress of lay offs are very frequent and counterproductive. Promotions are far and few.

      good place to work if you dont want to work very hard or get paid very much.

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
