People, layoffs, managers, and misguided mission. Each year layoffs get bigger, your job gets bigger, and pay stays the same, or shrinks due to bonuses not paying. Seems like every few years they raise the bar on who gets a bonus, and the people at the bottom, doing just as much work, get nothing.
