7yThank you for taking the time to provide your candid feedback. Many of our recent initiatives are focused on the areas you address – management, diversity and recognition. In an effort to better equip our managers to support and lead their teams, we launched a training program in 2018, which 400 managers have completed globally. At the same time, we established our Office of Diversity & Inclusion, which now includes five employee business resources groups with over 550 members who work to advance D&I at IGT. This year, our focus includes developing recognition programs, which includes monetary and other forms of compensation, to ensure our employees feel appreciated and valued. We hope these programs will improve the experience of all our employees.
