      pay and benefits are competitive

      Cons

      they are short staffed and have unrealistic expectations of employees. standard work week was 60 hours to meet deadlines, they waste money on projects that are not beneficial as they had not looked at all options/performed due diligence

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
