      Flexible hours. Great managers. Great location.

      Cons

      Benefits are not the best like it use to be. Doesn’t matter how hard employees work those who are promoted depends on who you know.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
