      Pros

      Decent base pay, Benefits are good. Good amount of autonomy. Little face to face contact with management. Bonus potential not grest, but at least there are quarterly bonuses.

      Cons

      Company is ran by the Marketing Dept. Many aspects of reps job have now been moved to HQ. Very little opportunity for creativity. Little chance for advancement. A lot of micro-management. Crazy amount of email. Little value for long time employees.

      Dependent on management, but personally have had a great experience.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
