      Pros

      Still a big player in the global gaming market. Still have lots of talented people. Salary is decent, for the markets the offices are in. A lot of potential.

      Cons

      Chaos and uncertainty. Lack of vision, direction, or plan. Benefits have eroded significantly. Nothing special anymore. Employees are not valued.

      Dependent on management, but personally have had a great experience.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
