      Pros

      GTECH still has time to wake up and address "the same old IGT".

      Cons

      GTECH acquisition has done nothing to improve the "IGT sinking ship". The company has not learned to work more efficiently over the years. Instead their processes have become extremely inefficient and they have only just thrown more headcount at everything instead of working smarter.

      good place to work if you dont want to work very hard or get paid very much.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
