Pros
It’s been one of my favorite jobs , I’ve had a great team , easy going and fun to work with, flexible hours , Great managers , plenty of work flow to keep us busy all day.
Cons
Low pay, recently cutting hours (went from 35 hrs to 21 hours per week ) , can barely afford to pay their employees and are still hiring more) equipment on the fritz and in almost constant need for repair. No benefits for part time employees.
