Pros
Relatively quickly moved into a supervisory position. Easy work for relatively alright pay. Easy to apply. Most people are nice and friendly.
Cons
Most managerial staff are not very accommodating, do less work than the average duty manager, and often talk behind your back/don't praise good work/don't talk to you directly when you've done something wrong.
